Concord Man Indicted On Drug Charges Connected To Crash Case: Superior Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Larry Cole, 41, of Union Street in Concord on two possession of controlled drug-subsequent, methamphetamine and fentanyl, charges, both felonies, on May 1, 2022, in Hopkinton. Read more about this case here: Concord Man Arrested After Rollover On I-89: State Police Roundup

Jeremy D. Cook, 49, of Stark Street in Belmont on two possession of controlled drug, methamphetamine and fentanyl, charges, both felonies, on Jan. 1, 2021, in Franklin.

Deborah D. Currier, 58, of Monroe Street in Concord on a felony arson charge. She was accused of setting fire to a home on 85 Pleasant St. on fire on March 27, 2022. Read more about this case here: Arsonist Faces New Charge After March House Fire: Concord Police Log

Thomas J. Dawson, 35, of Chestnut Street in Manchester on two violation of protective order charges, both felonies. He was accused of violating an order in North Sutton on Oct. 8, and Oct. 9, 2021, after previously being convicted of a violation charge in February 2022.

Ryan DeGreenia, 37, of Portsmouth Street in Concord on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix and meth, charges, on July 31, 2022, in Concord.

Tyler Edward Stephen Demond, 28, of Hanson Mill Road in Moultonborough on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and meth, charges, in Hooksett on June 13, 2022.

The following people were indicted recently in Belknap County Superior Court.

Spring Batchelder, 18, of Center Road in Canterbury on a felony theft by unauthorized taking, $1,001 to $1,500, charge accused of stealing property at Lowe’s in Tilton between Aug. 4 and Sept. 14, 2022, and a felony theft by unauthorized taking-$1,500+ charge accused of obtaining cash and-or gift cards at Walmart between May 29 and June 26, 2022.

Jessica Daigle, 37, of an unknown address in Concord on a felony methamphetamine possession charge in Belmont on Feb. 21, 2020.

Dens Marcellus, 27, of Brooklyn Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking-$1,500+ charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 in items at CVS in Gilford on March 26, 2022.

Jason J. McGill, 41, of North Main Street in Concord on a felony operate after certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Tilton Road in Tilton on Aug. 25, 2022. McGill was certified as a habitual offender in May 2008.

Alexandria Murphy, 32, of an unknown address in Concord on a felony forgery charge. She was accused of giving a check or access to an online check writing program to another person to cash at Meredith Village Savings Bank from the account of Rourke Fine Home Building LLC between Dec. 18, 2021, and Jan. 20, 2022, in Alton and to transfer the funds to her.

Christine Thompson, 44, of Rockingham Street in Concord on a felony possession of meth charge in Belmont on Aug. 21, 2022.
