CONCORD, NH— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks! Here at Patch we've launched an initiative to help recognize the awesome moms and mom figures in communities like yours. This submission comes from Jazmine Remillard, who nominated Jennifer of Concord.
What makes your Mom extra special?
She’s hardworking, loving, and sees the good in everyone. She’s the mother of 4 kids, 1 of whom she adopted a few years ago. She also takes care of our many animals in the house and works as an RN at Family Tree in Hopkinton.
Why do you feel your Mom deserves the spotlight?
I want nothing more than for my mom to know that her hard work is noticed by any. She recently lost her brother in a motorcycle accident back in September, and has been through so much since this tragedy to our family, yet she never misses a beat when it comes to her hard work and dedication to her work, friends, pets, and family.
