Concord Neighbor's Game Day Snack Recipe: Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Concord, New Hampshire — If you plan it right, the snacks at your football watch party on Feb. 11 will be as much discussed as the key plays. When we asked Concord readers to submit their MVP-worthy recipes, Marty Mitchell submitted this recipe:

Start: simple, small mushrooms. Remove stem, stuff with your choice of cheese, bake in oven (NOT microwave) @350° til cheese melts and mushrooms produce their wonderful juice. Caution: do not pop one when your team is in the red zone!
