Homeless Man Accused Of Threatening To Skin Woman Alive With A Box Cutter: Merrimack County Indictments (patch.com) — Merrimack County prosecutors have secured a new round of indictments involving theft, drug, assault, and burglary cases from several New Hampshire communities, including a fentanyl possession charge for a man now located in Concord. The cases, which range from alleged charity theft to serious domestic violence and drug distribution accusations, are all at the indictment stage and do not represent convictions.

Gov. Kelly Ayotte and other leaders joined local organizers in Concord to kick off deliveries and encourage residents to support the 2026 effort.

Driver Injured During Crash Between A Subaru And A Minivan In Concord: Video (patch.com) — Emergency crews in Concord responded Monday morning to a two-vehicle crash at North State and Centre streets that left one driver with reported back, neck, and shoulder pain. Police found a Subaru facing the wrong way on North State Street and a Dodge Caravan in a nearby Centre Street lot, with both middle-aged drivers evaluated by firefighters and EMTs.

Crews to investigate gasholder's basement, where nobody's been for 137 years (concordmonitor.com) — Engineers will be under Concord’s iconic South Main Street gasholder on Wednesday, investigating 137-year-old underground machinery that could determine how the landmark is preserved and reused. With Concord Fire on standby, the confined-space inspection will guide 2026 restoration plans and broader neighborhood revitalization ideas for the historic gasworks property.
