Concord Residents Arrested On Criminal Threatening Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Jennifer R. Chase, 45, of Keene, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. on July 11, 2025, on a driving under the influence charge. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Hall Street.

James Bub Bullock, 54, of Concord, was arrested at 8:25 a.m. on July 9 on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Regency Hill Estates at 12 East Side Drive.

Andrea May Baird, born in 1962, of Concord, was arrested on criminal threatening and domestic violence-criminal threatening charges at 7:15 a.m. on July 8. She was arrested again at 10:12 a.m. on stalking and breach of bail charges. Baird was arrested after incidents or investigations on South Street.

Christine May Thompson, 47, of Concord, received a summons at 6:30 p.m. on July 5 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at CVS at 4 Hall St.

Zinamarie Colby, born in 1985, of Concord, received a summons at 8:50 p.m. on June 29 on a conduct after an accident charge and a traffic control device violation after an incident or investigation on Centre Street.

Byiringiro Habimana, born in 2003, of Concord, was arrested at 1:42 p.m. on June 29 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident or investigation at 175 N. Main St.

Fred D. Emerson Jr., 41, of Penacook, was arrested on a warrant at 2 a.m. on June 25 after an incident or investigation on Penacook Street in Penacook.

Nicole A. Greagor, born in 1994, of Pembroke, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. on June 13 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. She was arrested following an incident or investigation at Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Kyle Wheeler, 34, of Loudon, received a summons at 2:40 p.m. on June 13 on a bench warrant at police headquarters.

Brittany Annmarie Price, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 6:50 a.m. on June 13 on a warrant and an arrest warrant. Zachary Michael Breeden, 33, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons on a bench warrant. They were charged following an incident or investigation on Commercial Street. Breeden has three active cases. He was accused of theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment after an incident at Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road on Sept. 1, 2024, stealing a Predator 5000 Generator from the Concord Mart at 242 N. Main St. on Feb. 20, and possessing fentanyl at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St. on March 31, according to the indictment.

Edgar W. Gordon, 59, of Tremont Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. on June 13 on felony burglary, receiving stolen property, a felony due to two prior convictions, loitering or prowling, criminal trespass, three breach of bail charges, and three criminal mischief charges. He was arrested following an incident or investigation at the Concord Monitor on 1 Monitor Drive.

Jayden Akroyd, 23, of Concord, was arrested at 7:05 p.m. on June 12 on criminal threatening, breach of bail, and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested following an incident or investigation on Lyndon Street.

Timothy P. Cardwell, 60, of Wilder, Vermont, was arrested at 1:51 p.m. on June 12 on theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus and unauthorized use of vehicle-$1,501-plus charges, both felonies.
