Concord Teen Arrested On Assault, Then Stalking, Breach Charges, All In Less Than 3 Hours: Police Log

Penacook woman faces child assault charges; Salisbury teen arrested on criminal threat charges; Manchester teen arrested on theft charge.

CONCORD, NH — Gianna Nicole White, born in 2007, of Salisbury, was arrested at 1:03 a.m. on July 11, 2025, on two criminal threat charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Stone Street.

Patrick Joseph Michael Wiley, born in 2006, of Concord, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on July 10 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested again at 10:11 p.m. on stalking and breach of bail charges. Wiley was arrested after incidents or investigations at the Pembroke Road Apartments complex.

Felicia Lynn McNally, 33, of Millstream Lane in Penacook, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on July 7 on simple assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and simple assault-deadly weapon charges. According to court documents, she was accused of punching a child in the face with a closed fist and striking them in the arm with a Craftsman screw gun. McNally has a motion to amend bail hearing scheduled for July 24 and a trial date set for Oct. 2, both at Concord District Court.

Hanna Elisabeth Butler, born in 2001, of Concord, received a summons at 6:58 p.m. on July 5 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident or investigation at 322 N. State St.

Steve M. Gary, born in 1980, of Concord, was arrested at 5:27 p.m. on June 26 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Downing Street.

Jazmin Marie Donovan, 27, of Boscawen, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on June 25 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Regional Drive.

John H. Camden, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 9:16 a.m. on June 25 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, willful concealment, and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Hannaford supermarket at 76 Fort Eddy Road.

Trenton R. McDonald, 28, of Farmington, was arrested at 12:11 a.m. on June 14 on first-degree assault-firearm, second-degree assault-deadly weapon, robbery-firearm, hand guns-armed career criminal, criminal threat against a person-firearm, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, felonious use of a firearm, second-degree assault-extreme indifference, and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges, all felonies. He was arrested following an investigation of a shooting at a homeless camp underneath the Water Street Bridge. McDonald was held on preventive detention and is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court on Sept. 15 for a dispositional conference hearing. Ruth Davis, born in 1944, of Concord, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on June 13 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested following an incident or investigation at Genesis Eldercare-Pleasant View Retirement at 239 Pleasant St.

Bulambo Dunia, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 12:34 p.m. on June 13 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges. He was arrested following an incident or investigation at the Concord Gardens apartment complex.

Bradley Clarke Reid, 30, of Concord, was arrested at 7:02 a.m. on June 13 on controlled drug: sale, etc.-subsequent and two possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges, all felonies. He was arrested following an incident or investigation on Commercial Street.

Deshon James Stone-Davis, 30, of Concord, was arrested at 9:29 p.m. on June 12 on a warrant and five bench warrants following an incident or investigation at the Shell gas station at 333 Loudon Road. He failed to appear at a dispositional conference hearing on a subsequent drug possession charge out of Hooksett from October 2023, failed to appear at a dispositional conference hearing on a burglary charge out of Concord from June 2024, and failed to appear at a dispositional conference hearing related to multiple subsequent drug possession charges out of Concord from August 2024.

Benjamin Hoar, born in 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on June 12 on two bench warrants following an incident or investigation on Whitney Road.

Corbin Luther Ours, born in 2006, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:31 p.m. on June 12 on a warrant as well as theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges. He was arrested following an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 108 Fort Eddy Road.
