An affidavit stated Wiley was accused of assault, was arrested, and then released on bail. His bail conditions stated he was not to be at the Pembroke Road Apartments on Pembroke Road, and he agreed to the conditions, a detective wrote. The victim of the incident was contacted around 8:20 p.m. and informed that Wiley was released on bail. However, according to the affidavit, the victim stated Wiley returned to the apartment to get some items and left again.

The detective called Wiley to speak to him about the accusation and confirmed he was there in violation of bail, an affidavit stated. He was also accused of acknowledging the bail conditions prevented him from being there, the report said. The detective told Wiley to come to police headquarters, where he would be arrested again, and he did, the affidavit said.
Wiley was arrested again, held on preventative detention, and taken to the Merrimack County House of Corrections. He was scheduled to be arraigned on July 11.
Previously, according to a post on Patch, Wiley was arrested on a cruelty to animals-purposeful charge after an incident or investigation on Old Suncook Road in November 2024.
