Concord Teen Faces Felony Charges After East Side Drive Assault, Threat Incident
Logan Marsh of East Side Drive was accused of punching a girl and stabbing her with a piece of a wooden floorboard earlier this month.

CONCORD, NH — A teen from Concord is facing multiple felony charges after being accused of threatening a child inside a home on East Side Drive on June 20.
Around 7 a.m., officers were sent to a home between North Curtisville Road and the Exit 16 roundabout for a report of people screaming inside the house, a possible domestic disturbance. Two officers arrived and spoke with Logan Marsh, 18, of East Side Drive, while another officer found a child near a garage in another area of the property. The officers also spoke with a woman at the scene, who was reportedly very upset, as well as another teenager, a girl, the victim in the case.
The other teenager told police she was performing chores while Marsh “kept yelling at her,” a report said. The next thing she knew, an affidavit said, she “was hit in the back of the head by Logan.” She turned to look at him and accused Marsh of punching her in the face, the report stated.

The girl pushed away, and the two teenagers were wrestling on the ground, an officer wrote. During the scuffle, Marsh “broke the trim to the floorboard, causing multiple sharp broken pieces of wood,” the report stated. The pieces were about 10 to 14 inches long and 2 inches wide, the officer wrote. The adult tried to get between Marsh and the girl, but he picked up one of the floorboard pieces, stabbed her in the leg, and kept trying to stab her more, the affidavit said.

“She said Logan was yelling that he was going to stab her and kill her,” the officer wrote, noting the victim also had a swollen bump on the left side of her head, near her temple.
The reporting officer spoke with the officer and the child who was outside, who also accused Marsh of punching the other girl in the head. She then ran outside to stay out of the fight, the officer wrote.
The officers spoke with Marsh and accused him of admitting to hitting and trying to stab the girl. He was arrested on second-degree assault, domestic violence-second degree assault, criminal threatening, and domestic violence-criminal threatening, all felony counts, as well as simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief.
Marsh is due back in Concord District Court on July 21 for a probable cause hearing.
