Part of the street from Concord Street to Downing Street was closed as crews made repairs. Detours were established. CONCORD, NH — A water main broke in Concord on South State Street Thursday morning. The break happened on South State Street. Part of the street from Concord Street to Downing Street was closed as crews made repairs. Detours were established.
