CONCORD, NH — Shannon Lawson, born in 1984, of Concord, received a summons at 5:56 a.m. on Dec. 1, 2025, on procuring a dog license; tag and attack on animals or humans violations after an investigation or incident on Washington Street in Penacook.

Shane Patrick Ryan, born in 2007, of Hudson, received a summons at 4 p.m. on Nov. 29 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an investigation or incident at Lowe’s at 90 Fort Eddy Road.

Jeffrey A. Rule, born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 4:10 a.m. on Nov. 27 on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident on North State Street.

Jason D. Woody, born in 1982, of Concord, received a summons at 4:50 p.m. on Nov. 25 on a criminal trespass charge after an investigation or incident at the Market Basket at 80 Storrs St.

Ryan Steel Swain, born in 2004, of Pembroke, was arrested at 10:05 a.m. on Nov. 18 on an aggravated driving under the influence-collision with serious injury charge, as well as possession-use of tobacco products by a minor, and fail to drive on the right side of the road violations after an investigation or incident on North State Street. Valerie E. Fredette, born in 1984, of Concord, was arrested at 1:54 a.m. on Nov. 18 on a criminal trespass charge. She was arrested after an investigation or incident at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Lyndsay D. Dumont, born in 1993, of Concord, was arrested at 12:28 a.m. on Nov. 18 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an investigation or incident on Fisher Street. At 7:32 a.m., she was arrested again on stalking and breach of bail charges following an investigation or incident on Fisher Street.

Crystal M. Marquis, born in 1981, of Concord, received a summons at 12:26 a.m. on Nov. 18 on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge after an investigation or incident at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Brian Thomas Bilodeau, born in 1959, of Concord, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. on Nov. 10 on possession of a controlled drug-subsequent and possession of a controlled drug-sale, etc., fentanyl-class more than 5 gram-subsequent charges, both felonies. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on Poplar Avenue.

Steven Joseph Hamel Jr., born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 2:02 a.m. on Nov. 9 on a warrant after an investigation or incident on Jennings Drive.
