CONCORD, NH — Daniel Stone, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 6:54 p.m. on Dec. 26, 2022, on stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on Rolfe Street.
Rachelle L. Smith, 33, of Concord was cited at 1 p.m. on Dec. 26 on an unlawful activities; litter control charge after an incident on Fisherville Road.
Christine May Thompson, 44, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 10:55 a.m. on Dec. 26 after an incident at 54 Portsmouth St.

Danielle Kristen Abrams, born 1985, of Concord was arrested at 9:55 a.m. on Dec. 26 on violation of a protective order, stalking-domestic violence, criminal trespass, and resisting arrest or detention charges. She was arrested after an incident at Larkspur Place.
Ogowk O. Ojullo, 52, of Concord was arrested at 11:24 a.m. on Dec. 11 on simple assault and criminal trespass charges after an incident at Irving on Loudon Road.

Melissa A. Dame, 48, of Manchester was cited at 10:30 a.m. on Dec. 11 on operating with an expired license and unregistered vehicle charges. She was charged after an incident on South State Street.
Luis Kirby Sotomayor, 38, of Concord was cited at 10 a.m. on Dec. 11 on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges. He was charged after an incident at 15 Hall St.
Vincent Tocci, born 1999, of Concord was given a summons at 11 a.m. on Dec. 11 on a simple assault charge after an incident at 55 Fort Eddy Road.
Habakku Tarwo, born 2003, of Concord was cited on a bench warrant at 9 a.m. on Dec. 11 after an incident at 100 Hall St.
Richard J. Bouchard, born 1975, of Claremont was arrested at 12:38 a.m. on Dec. 11 on simple assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested at The Barley House on North Main Street after an incident.
