Concord Woman Indicted On 4th DUI, Stolen Vehicle Charges: Superior Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Octavio Mercedes, 25, of Terrace Road in Franklin, on criminal threatening and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of pointing a firearm at another person during a cellphone sale while parked in the lot near Petco and Autozone on Fort Eddy Road while pedestrians and motorists were in the area. Kerri A. Methot, 39, of Hevey Street in Manchester, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on West River Road in Hooksett on Jan. 5 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Heather Michael, 42, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on receiving stolen property, operate after certified as a habitual offender, and driving under the influence-impairment-fourth offense charges, all felonies. She was accused of driving on Pleasant Street in Concord on May 16 while under the influence, in a vehicle owned by Enterprise that probably had been stolen, and after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Michael was previously convicted of driving under the influence in Belknap County Superior Court and Laconia District Court in 2022 and Laconia District Court in 2023, according to an indictment.

James Mihelidakis, 39, of Page Road in Bow, on five simple assault charges. He was accused of kicking and striking two Bow police sergeants on June 12, causing injuries.

Taylor M. Milne, 36, of Decatur Road in Portsmouth, on endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent, certain uses of computer services prohibited, and felonious sexual assault: attempt, and indecent exposure charges, all felonies. He used Snapchat, Apple FaceTime, and iMessages to entice a girl to sexually assault, sent her gifts, sent a video of him pleasuring himself to the girl, and drove to Canterbury and attempted to meet with her, according to the indictments. The incidents reportedly occurred between Jan. 14 and Jan. 21 in Canterbury.

Charles Edward Mitchell, 55, of Grantham, on three felony possession of a controlled drug counts, fentanyl, crack cocaine, and methadone, on Feb. 29, 2024, in New London.

Ryan Moreira, 41, of North Spring Street in Concord, on felon in possession and criminal threatening charges. He was accused of threatening another person with a knife on March 8 in Concord. Tyler Moses, 32, of Clough Hill Road in Hill, on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of riding a Honda dirt bike after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV on Clough Road on Nov. 3, 2024, in Hill.
