Concord Woman Indicted On Fentanyl Sale Charge: Merrimack County Superior Court Roundup

Wilmot man faces strangulation charge; Enfield man accused of theft on $12,500 construction contract; felon faces metallic knuckles charge.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Travis Allard, 46, a homeless man now located in Concord, on three felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charges. He was accused of failing to report to Concord police on Jan. 13 for his biannual registration and a telephone number on Jan. 13, and failing to report a Facebook account on Nov. 4, 2024. Marjorie Blaisdell, 45, with a last known address of the Best Western on Hall Street, on a felony sale of a narcotic drug-subsequent fentanyl charge. She was accused of negotiating the terms of a sale with a person and having Jason Thompson hand over the fentanyl to the person in her presence on Sept. 4, 2024, in Concord. Blaisdell was previously convicted of possession in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2021.

Nicole Callahan, 45, of Cottage Court in Concord, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge on Fort Eddy Road in Concord on April 26, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Carmen C. Call, 47, of Pemigewasset Street in Franklin, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Jen. 21 in Northfield.

Gerald E. Cole Jr., 50, of Cross Hill Road in Wilmot, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling a family or household member on Jan. 21 in Wilmont.

Dana Collins, 43, of Central Street in Manchester, on operating while deemed a habitual offender, possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl-subsequent, possession of a controlled drug-meth-subsequent charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and driving on West River Road in Hooksett on Dec. 11, 2024.

Christina L. Connor, 34, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on two felony controlled drug act charges, meth and fentanyl, on Nov. 5, 2024, in Concord.

James Michael Curren Jr., 38, of Old Sutton Road in Bradford, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on Sept. 28, 2023, in Hooksett.

Richard Cybenko, 40, of Route 4A in Enfield, on theft by deception and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused of forging his employer’s signature on a contract in Canterbury involving $12,500 in cash for a down payment for construction services on June 30, 2023.

Ryan Degreenia, 39, of Curtisville Road in Concord, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing metallic knuckles and drugs on Dec. 28, 2024, in Concord.
