Concord Woman, Laconia Man Arrested On Drug Sale, Other Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Dominic A. Ferrari, born in 1997, of Laconia, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 9, 2025, on controlled drug: sale, etc., methamphetamine and two possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges, all felonies. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Mobil at 1 Whitney Road in Penacook.

Patricia Rose Van Nest, born in 1965, of Concord, was arrested at 9:43 a.m. on Sept. 8, 2025, on controlled drug: sale, etc. and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges, both felonies. Also arrested was Mikayla Whitney Fiske, born in 1991, of Concord, on a resisting arrest or detention charge and Travis Brian Leavitt, born in 1988, of Manchester, on a warrant and bench warrant. They were arrested after an incident or investigation on Thorndike Street.

Samantha R. Wike, born in 1981, of Concord, received a summons at 12:40 p.m. on Aug. 15 on a camping restricted charge. Also charged was Jasmine E. Dargon, born in 1991, of Concord, on the same violation. They were charged after an incident or investigation at Terrill Park on Old Turnpike Road.

Paul Cram, born in 1969, of Manchester, received a summons at 9:25 a.m. on Aug. 15 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Granite Place.

Steven Joseph Hamel Jr., born in 1987, of Nashua, was arrested at 6:59 a.m. on Aug. 15 on two felony possession of a controlled drug charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St.

Michael Steven Tierney, born in 2003, of Bedford, was arrested at midnight on Aug. 15 on a driving under the influence charge and a yellow-solid line violation after an incident or investigation on Airport Road.

Michelle T. Rivers, born in 1965, of Deering, was arrested at midnight on Aug. 6 on resisting arrest or detention and two simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Kristine Lee Foreman, born in 1977, of Concord, was arrested at 8:26 p.m. on Aug. 5 on a theft of services-less than $1,000 charge. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at O Steaks & Seafood at 11 S. Main St.

Kenneth Gene Blankenship, born in 1982, of Nashua, was arrested at 8:29 p.m. on Aug. 5 on a felony receiving stolen property-$1,501-plus charge after an incident or investigation on Airport Road.

John Arthur Faulkner, born in 1949, of Concord, received a summons at 6:20 p.m. on Aug. 5 on a theft of services-less than $1,000 charge and an unlawful activities; litter control violation after an incident or investigation on Alice Drive.

Cody W. Muzzey, born in 1991, of Boscawen, was arrested at 4:52 p.m. on Aug. 5 on two bench warrants. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Popeyes at 304 Loudon Road.

Jeffrey A. Rule, born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on Aug. 3 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Granite Place.
