Concord Wrestler Places 3rd At New England Wrestling Championship
Madison Beaureguard of the Crimson Tide placed third in the 185-pound weight bracket at the New England Championship in Rhode Island.

CONCORD, NH — This weekend, hundreds of wrestlers competed in bouts for two days at the New England Wrestling Championship at the Providence Career and Technical Academy in Providence, Rhode Island.
More than 175 high schools sent wrestlers to the championship, where they competed in more than 1,300 bouts over two days.
Concord wrestler Madison Beaureguard placed third for high school girls in the 185-pound weight bracket.

Placing first in the 126-weight category for the girls was Liz Donovan of Pelham. Other wrestlers from New Hampshire placing in the Top 6 include Jillian Boncore of Alvirne High School, placing 6th in the 165, Sadie Nadeau of Spaulding High School, placed 6th in the 152, Mackenzie Lacoss of Spaulding High School, placing 6th in the 145, Keira Lynch of Salem placing 4th in the 132, and Bedford’s Grace Kenna, who placed 6th in the 120-weight bracket.

For boys in New Hampshire, Lance Bordeleau of Pinkerton Academy placed 2nd in the 132 weight bracket, Caden Bruseo of Hollis Brookline in the 138 placed 5th, David Pento Jr. of Londonderry finished 2nd in the 175 while Sawyer Goodwin of Spaulding came in 6th, and Billy Nicolls of Pelham came in 6th in the 190,

In New Hampshire results for boys, Pinkerton Academy wrestlers racked up enough points to be tied for 15th. Londonderry wrestlers placed 28th. Hollis Brookline High School tied for 45th. Timberlane, Salem, Campbell, Keene, Exeter, and Plymouth Regional all placed in the Top 100 schools.
For girls in New Hampshire, Pelham finished 11th, while Salem tied for 15th. Spaulding was 29th and Concord 38th. Souhegan came in 76th, with nine other schools. Londonderry tied for 87th.
