Contoocook Man Charged With Child Endangerment, Domestic Assault, Mischief: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Christopher M. Blodgett, born in 1974, of Concord, was arrested at 2:34 p.m. on June 30, on a willful concealment charge and a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony, due to two prior convictions. He was arrested following an investigation or incident at the Market Basket at 108 Fort Eddy Road. Blodgett was arrested again at 11:20 p.m. on June 30 on an arson charge. He was accused of lighting a porta-potty on fire at Memorial Field at 70 S. Fruit St.

Jay L. Neeper Jr., born in 1966, of Concord, was arrested at 2:24 p.m. on June 28 on a sex offender registration; negligent failure to comply charge. According to the state of New Hampshire, Neeper is a sex offender due to an aggravated felonious sexual assault charge in October 2008.

Jeremy M. Roberts, born in 1977, received a summons at 12:55 a.m. on June 27 on two driving after revocation or suspension charges. He was charged following an investigation or incident on Spruce Street.

Rachelle L. Smith, born in 1989, of Concord, received a summons at 5:36 p.m. on June 5 on a criminal trespass charge following an investigation or incident on Storrs Street under the Loudon Road Bridge.

Jazelle Isis Breedlove, born in 2005, of Concord, was arrested at 3:33 p.m. on June 5 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and two criminal mischief charges. She was arrested following an investigation or incident at the Concord Gardens apartment complex.

Shayna Kinney, born in 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 9:56 a.m. on June 3 on a warrant following an investigation or incident at The Paper Store at 68 Fort Eddy Road.

Joshua M. Humphrey-Sewell, born in 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 9:40 a.m. on June 3 on a simple assault charge following an investigation or incident on Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Jennifer Lea Pfefferle, born in 1980, of Concord, was arrested at 10 a.m. on May 31 on a driving under the influence-second offense charge following an investigation or incident at 180 Loudon Road.

Maximillian A. Legier, born in 1997, of Contoocook, was arrested at 9:05 a.m. on May 29 on endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief charges following an investigation or incident on Centre Street.

Jonathan M. Scribner, born in 1995, of Candia, was arrested at 5:45 a.m. on May 29 on felony habitual offender, reckless operation, disobeying an officer, and operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle license, as well as a failure to display plates violation following an investigation or incident on Sheep Davis Road.
