Montgomery, who is serving multiple sentences for murdering his daughter, Harmony Montgomery, is no longer in the state prison system.
CONCORD, NH — Adam Montgomery, convicted of killing his daughter and serving multiple sentences, has been moved out of the New Hampshire Prison for Men in Concord and out of the state.
Records indicate Montgomery was transferred to a “non-New Hampshire Department of Corrections Facility.” According to sources online, it appears the last record of him being in Concord was Thursday. His status was changed to “supervised custody of probation and parole.”
At post time, it has not been verified where Montgomery was taken or why he was removed from the state and its prison system.

Adam Montgomery, 34, was found guilty of second-degree murder, second-degree assault, abuse of a corpse, falsifying physical evidence, and witness tampering in February in connection with Harmony's presumed death. His past criminal history, before killing his daughter, dates back to when he was a teenager living in Bedford.
Last weekend, Crystal Sorey, the mother of Harmony Montgomery, and several volunteers searched a marsh in Saugus, Massachusetts, hoping to find her remains. Evidence in court indicated the marsh was one of many locations that Adam Montgomery drove to with a rented U-Haul containing the girl's remains.
