Convicted Sex Offender Accused Of Six Counts Of Sexual Assault
Thomas Thibeault, 35 of Salisbury was arrested by NH State Police after an investigation. He was convicted in the past for sexual assault.

CONCORD, NH - New Hampshire State Police received a report of a sexual assault on February 15th. After conducting an investigation in collaboration with the Merrimack County Attorney’s Office, Troopers arrested Thomas Thibeault, 35 of Salisbury, NH
Thibeault is accused of six counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and one count of second-degree assault: Domestic violence – strangulation. Police say he is currently being held on preventative detention at the Merrimack County Correctional Facility.
According to the New Hampshire Department of Safety registration of criminal offenders, Thibeault is a registered sex offender. According to the website he was convicted of felonious sexual assault of a victim under the age of 16 in 2009 and was sentenced to the NH State Prison. He was released in 2014.

State Police were also assisted in the investigation by the Concord Police and Warner Police departments.
