Cool Properties You Could Own

This week, there are no posted open houses in the city of Concord, on the major real estate sites (Realtors: Feel free to post any open house information you may have in the comment section of this post).

One reader has posted an open house of a condo in Hooksett from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 5.

However, on the Concord NH Patch Real Estate page, I did a quick search and was able to find some pretty cool parcels and properties on sale in the city, 86 to be exact.

Take a look at these:

• Do you have $3.8 million? If you do, you could buy more than 100 acres, including lake front property, on Appleton Street.
• For $2.4 million, you could develop 85 buildable lots off South Curtisville/Portsmouth Street on more than 270 acres.
• This manse on Mountain Road is available for "a song" - $1,275,000.
• How about something a little more affordable ... like this house on South Spring Street where Ralph Waldo Emerson was married, for less than $700,000.
• Maybe this quaint single-family is more your style: A two-bedroom on North State Street for less than $75,000.
• There are also a number of mobile homes priced $26,900 and up.
