Daughter Remembers 10 Reasons Why She Loves Her Concord Dad

What makes your dad extra special?

Years ago, I made him a picture frame of 10 reasons why I love him, and he still has it hanging up. One was he always had a roof over my head and food on my plate no matter what. And even though I’m an adult now, he always makes me know that I can always come back home whenever needed. He’s always trying to be the best he can be. He’s truly my best friend.

Why do you feel your dad deserves the spotlight?

My dad puts being a dad AND friend before anything else. He would drop everything if I called and needed him. He doesn’t realize how great of a father he truly is even when I tell him 100 times. He’s the most selfless, most loving person I know. I don’t know what I would have done without this man. He deserves the spotlight and all the love in the world.
