Driver Hit 107 MPH On Interstate 93: NH Police
NH State Police said Jiwon, Seo, of Rhode Island, was clocked at 107 mph in a 70 mph zone in Interstate 93 the day before Thanksgiving.

HOLDERNESS, NH -- A driver was arrested on Interstate 93 in New Hampshire Wednesday after police said he hit 107 mph on the state's busiest travel day of the year. Jiwon Seo, 25, of Providence, Rhode Island, was charged with reckless driving the day before Thanksgiving. He was driving a 2017 Honda Civic on I-93 northbound in Holderness when an officer clocked him at 107 mph in a 70 mph zone, according to New Hampshire State Police Sgt. Victor Muzzey.
Roads were congested at the time as travelers hit the road for the holiday.
"To make the offense even more egregious, it was at a time that the roadways were wet as a result of a snow squall that had begun to settle in the area," Muzzey said in a statement.
