Elderly West End Man Arrested On Assault And Domestic Violence Charges: Concord Police Log

Tilton man charged with assault, mischief, and resisting; man, with priors, faces theft charges; Tamworth arrested on stolen U-Haul charge.

CONCORD, NH — Allison Richardson, born in 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on Oct. 21, 2025, on a warrant and a bench warrant. She was arrested following an investigation or incident on North State Street.

Taylor Jordan Winter, born in 2000, of Concord, was cited at 9:10 p.m. on Oct. 20 on an abatement of amplified sounds violation following an investigation or incident on North State Street.

Patrick T. Fisher, born in 1974, of Tilton, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on Oct. 19 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal mischief, and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested following an investigation or incident on Loudon Road.

Lindsay M. LeClerc, born in 1993, of Allenstown, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. on Oct. 18 on two bench warrants.

Nicholas S. Dubois, born in 1985, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on Oct. 17 on two bench warrants following an investigation or incident at the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen. He was also arrested on theft by unauthorized-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges following an investigation or incident at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Brian Thomas Oschwald, born in 1953, of Concord, was arrested at 12:16 a.m. on Oct. 16 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges following an investigation or incident on Park Ridge.

Holly S. Pickering, born in 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 6:33 p.m. on Sept. 15 on a warrant and a bench warrant following an investigation or incident at the methadone clinic at 100 Hall St.

Ronald F. Delgaudio, born in 1971, of Concord, was arrested at 12:43 p.m. on Sept. 15 on falsifying physical evidence, possession of a controlled drug-sale, and two possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges, all felonies, as well as breach of bail and possession, etc.-residual amount charges. He was arrested following an investigation or incident on the trails behind 6 Loudon Road.

James Edward Kelly Jr., born in 1984, of Tamworth, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on Sept. 14 on a felony theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus charge. He was arrested following an investigation or incident at the U-Haul at 29 Stickney Avenue.

Carmen M. Call, born in 1978, of Concord, was arrested at 10:02 a.m. on Sept. 14 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges following an investigation or incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Nicholas Wayne Meattey, born in 1999, of Weare, was arrested at 4:37 p.m. on Sept. 11 on driving while intoxicated-second offense, felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender, driving after revocation or suspension, and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges as well as following too closely and open container-alcohol or marijuana violations.
