Felon Fugitive, Last Seen In Nashua, Considered ‘Armed And Dangerous,’ Corrections Department Says
Elias Dawley has not been seen since July 2024 after being released after a criminal threat and reckless conduct with a gun convictions.

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help finding a felon who absconded from supervision in July 2024 and is considered “armed and dangerous.”
Elias Martin Dawley is 31, white, about 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a full body tattoo, according to corrections, and sometimes uses the alias, “Alex Bosinger.” Dawley was on supervision after being convicted of criminal threatening and reckless conduct with a firearm charges. His prior charges include controlled drugs: acts prohibited, robbery with a firearm, second-degree assault, theft by unauthorized taking, and robbery, officials said.
Dawley is originally from Florida but has ties to Manchester and Nashua.

“Dawley should be considered armed and dangerous based on the underlying offense and criminal history involving firearms,” an alert said. “Dawley was last known to be at a motel in Nashua, but his current whereabouts are unknown.”

Dawley’s criminal history dates back to mid-2012 when he was accused of several drug possession charges in Manchester. A year later, he pleaded guilty to a single count of possession and received a one-to-three-year sentence and a $434 fine. Nine months later, a hearing was held on a violation of a court order charge. He failed to appear and then, a bail hearing was held.
Dawley was accused of robbery in Chesterfield in September 2013. In June 2014, Dawley was accused of felonious sexual assault, second-degree assault, and interference with custody charges in Greenfield. And he was accused with robbery, first-degree assault, and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges in December 2014 in Greenfield.
A motion to impose the suspended drug sentence was made in January 2015.
Four months later, Dawley pleaded guilty to three second-degree assault charges and the custody count. He was given a 12-month and three three-to-seven-year sentences with 249 days of time served credit.
In May 2018, Dawley pleaded guilt to the Chesterfield robbery and received a 12-month jail sentence with 162 days time served, five years probation, and $300 in restitution fines.
In September 2015, he pleaded guilty to felon in possession, breach of bail, and robbery charges in Greenfield. Dawley received a seven-and-a-half-to-15-year sentence, a three-and-a-half-to-seven-year sentence, and a six month sentence with 180 days of time served credit.
Dawley was then arrested on robbery, criminal threatening-conduct with a firearm, and resisting in Manchester in July 2022. A month later, he was accused of kidnapping, criminal threatening against a person with a deadly weapon, and first-degree assault with a deadly weapon in Manchester from an incident in February 2022. Those charges, however, were dismissed without prejudice in December 2022. In September 2023, he pleaded guilty to the criminal threatening charge and received a 12-month sentence, six months suspended, for 10 years, and two years probation, as well as a 12-month sentence with 365 days of time served credit. In July 2024, he was scheduled for a plea and sentencing hearing, but failed to appear, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. A show cause hearing was set for August 2024.
In January 2024, Dawley was accused of violating his probation and a warrant was issued for his arrest. In late February, he was released on bail.
