Homeless Man With Priors Indicted On Concord Robbery Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Indictments

Plus: Habitual offender indicted on Epsom theft charge; NY man indicted on gold bar theft case; rapist indicted on sex offender charge.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Danielle Plaisted-Comeau, 32, of Town Pound Road in Campton, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-crack cocaine charge on July 12 in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Plymouth District Court in July 2024.

Christopher W. Plaisted Comeau, 34, a homeless man now located in Concord, on reckless conduct, attempted theft by unauthorized taking, two receiving stolen property, and three robbery charges, all felonies. He was also accused of using force to steal merchandise at Walmart in Concord on May 30. Plaisted Comeau was accused of carjacking and dragging another person on June 22 in Concord. Brittany A. Price, 28, of Loudon Road in Concord, on theft by unauthorized taking and motor vehicles; penalties charges, both felonies. She was accused of driving a stolen 2014 Chevrolet pickup truck on Dover Road in Epsom on March 17 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Andrea R. Proulx, 34, of Francis Avenue in Hooksett, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of driving a stolen 2015 GMC Yukon in Dunbarton on Feb. 8.

Jaykumar J. Raval, 21, of Flushing, New York, on conspiracy to commit theft by deception and attempted theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of waiting in a car on Cypress Street in Concord to receive a box of gold bars from a victim on July 2. Christopher Rawlins, 50, of Franklin, incarcerated in the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen at the time of the indictment, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling a former intimate partner in Northfield on Aug. 11.

Anthony T. Manning, 37, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, was indicted recently in Cheshire County Superior Court on receiving stolen property, habitual offender, and criminal mischief. He worked in concert with Misty Hayes to retain a stolen 2017 Toyota Tacoma and drive it on Marlboro Street in Keene on July 9, according to indictments. Manning was also accused of causing more than $1,500 in damage to a 2023 Chevrolet Suburban by driving into it on July 9 in Keene.

Chad W. Lawlor, 51, of Concord, incarcerated in the New Hampshire State Prison for Men at the time of the indictment, was indicted recently in Cheshire County Superior Court on felony possession of crack cocaine and driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor. He was accused of possession and driving under the influence on West Swanzey Road in Keene on April 12.

Allison L. Noyes, 46, of River Street in Franklin, was indicted recently in Grafton County Superior Court on a possession of fentanyl charge on Oct. 22, 2024, in Holderness.

Douglas C. Smith, 37, of Hanover Street in Lebanon, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, was indicted recently in Grafton County Superior Court on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders. He was accused of failing to notify Lebanon police of an online identifier after first use of an OnlyFans account on July 3.

Jayson C. Miller, 34, of Intervale Road in Canterbury, was indicted recently in Strafford County Superior Court, on acts prohibited: possession of a controlled-narcotic drug-methamphetamine and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and retaining a stolen 2007 BMW X3 in Durham on May 24.
