Honduran National Indicted On 10 Counts Child Sexual Abuse Images: Superior Court Indictment Roundup

Meredith man accused of shooting gun inside Concord residence; Belmont resident indicted on burglary accomplice charge; drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Aweis I. Khamis, 27, incarcerated in the New Hampshire Prison for Men in Concord at the time of the indictment, on a felony delivery of articles to prisoners charge. Rebecca L. Laflamme, 45, of Mechanic Street in Laconia, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, cocaine and methamphetamine, on April 11 in Franklin.

Sean P. Lambert, 32, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of a controlled and narcotic drug-fentanyl and meth mix on Jan. 3 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of controlled premises in Merrimack County Superior Court in February 2023.

Elder A. Lopez-Fletes, 31, a Honduran national temporarily residing on South Street in Bow, on 10 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing .mp4 file on June 19 in Bow.

Lisa Lundstrom, 47, of Daniell Street in Franklin, on motor vehicles; penalties and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, all felonies. She was accused of driving on Elkins Street in Franklin after being deemed a habitual offender and possessing meth and clonazepam on April 8 in Franklin.

Mason-Wilder Marceau Credit: Concord Police Department

Mason-Wilder Marceau, 30, of Meredith Center Road in Meredith, on reckless conduct and felon in possession-firearm. He was accused of firing a gun inside a residence on Lawrence Street in Concord and potentially endangering another person on May 23.

Jose A. Miranda, 36, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of meth charge on June 5 in Concord.

Justin P. Murphy, 53, of South Main Street in Concord, on two motor vehicles; penalties and three controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, meth and fentanyl, all felonies. He was accused of possessing meth and fentanyl and driving a 2008 GMC Envoy on Interstate 93 north in Bow after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV on March 2. Murphy was also accused of possessing meth and driving the Envoy on School Street in Allenstown on May 4.

Rebekah Padua Credit: Concord Police Department

Rebekah M. Padua, 29, of Pineo Road in Barnstead, on theft by unauthorized taking, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-meth, and accomplice to theft by deception charges, all felonies. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Target in Concord on Feb. 10. On March 2, at Walmart in Hooksett, she was aided by Nathaniel Bergeron by filling a bag with merchandise and not paying for the items, which Bergeron later traded the unpaid merchandise for a gift card, according to the indictment. Padua was also accused of possessing meth in Concord on April 7.

Tryphena Porter, 26, of Range Road in Belmont, on a felony conspiracy to commit burglary charge. On March 11, Porter created a diversion with Laurie Macleod to lure a victim out of his apartment while Allen Downs stood lookout and Robert Clark drove him there and used a tool to pry multiple door locks open, according to the indictment.

Roxanne Quaile, 38, of Plains Court in Franklin, on operate after certified as a habitual offender and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-meth charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug on Dec. 15, 2023, in Concord. Quaile also drove on Hall Street in Concord after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV on Nov. 1, 2024, according to the indictment.
