The New Hampshire House of Representatives voted 193 to 141 on April 23 to pass a bill that increases the state's gas tax by 4 cents a gallon, and removes tolls at the Exit 12 ramps on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack. Here is the Concord roll call:
