Joan teaches from her heart. Her classroom is made to be a safe space for our students. She recognizes the importance of a good education but also knows how hard it can be for many students to accomplish this. It’s her caring approach that helps so many students succeed and graduate.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?

She’s a funny, caring individual.
