The single most important pressing issue facing the community is _______ and this is what I intend to do about it

Our infrastructure that this city is built on is crumbling, from sewage management to our emergency services. I intend on advocating for a more commonsense approach, starting with just the basics as citizens need.

List three other things you would like to work on if elected or re-elected

Safe streets, changing the tax base to a more commercial-industrial tax base, increasing revenue, and not the services required, homelessness.

Name a couple of accomplishments in the past that show you can handle this position

I built my business from nothing but a couple of loans. Yes, I moved back to where I grew up, but only because my relatives went out. I believe starting from nothing gives me the advantage because when you go through the tough times in a constant capital-heavy reinvestment business like I’m in, you can handle almost anything. “Lean times make strong men.”

I work 92 hours a week. Imagine what I can do for the citizens of Ward 8 with that kind of ethic.
