Laconia Man Arrested On Stalking, Breach Of Bail Charges In Concord: Police Log
Plus: Allenstown man, Boscawen man, and Concord woman face theft charges; Vermont man accused of criminal mischief; drug arrests.

CONCORD, NH — Fadhil Jibury, 35, of Allenstown was arrested at 10:19 p.m. on Sept. 28, 2022, on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
David Szczublewski, born 1954, of Boscawen was arrested at 4:13 p.m. on Sept. 28 on a theft of services, less than $1,000, charge after an incident on Penwood Drive.
John Chagnon, born 1987, of Milton, Vermont, was arrested at 1:08 p.m. on Sept. 28 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Interstate 93 northbound at the Exit 14 offramp.

Debra Moscaritolo, born 1956, of Concord was cited at 9:44 a.m. on Sept. 28 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Irving on Fisherville Road.
Eric Colp, born 1985, of Laconia was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on Sept. 28 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident on Wheaton Avenue.

Jason Woody, 39, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 6:57 p.m. on Sept. 4, 2022, on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident at the SMILE Building on South Main Street. He was arraigned on Sept. 22 and is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court for a competency hearing on Dec. 12.
Austin C. Shelton, 27, of Concord was arrested at 10:10 a.m. on Aug. 28 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. Shelton was scheduled for an arraignment on Sept. 8 but failed to appear. Another hearing was held on Sept. 12. He is due back in superior court on Dec. 7 for a dispositional conference hearing.
Sean Michael Dashnaw, 32, of Concord was arrested at 2:23 a.m. on Aug. 28 on felony receiving stolen property, $1,501+, driving after revocation or suspension, and operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle license charges after an incident at 417 S. Main St. He was arraigned in superior court on Sept. 8. Dashnaw is due back for a dispositional conference hearing on Nov. 22.
Kevin D. Harrington, 44, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:14 p.m. on Aug. 25 on two felony possession of controlled drug charges, two breach of bail charges, and a single count of theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000. Officers were sent to Market Basket for a theft report. They met with the store manager, who accused Harrington of entering the store, stuffing ice cream, whoopie pies, and drinks into his backpack, and leaving the store. He was read his Miranda Rights and questioned, police said. “Kevin said he just didn’t have enough cash and was hungry,” the report said. Since Harrington had been arrested on charges recently and was out on bail, the watch commander said to bring him in, the report said. During a search of the backpack, police accused Harrington of having a dab container, often used for THC oil, which contained a tan, off-white powdery substance, presumed to be fentanyl or heroin, as well as three suboxone strips. Police also accused him of possessing drug paraphernalia inside a travel case. Harrington said the backpack, however, belonged to someone else, the affidavit said. Harrington failed to appear at his arraignment on Sept. 15, and a warrant was issued for his arrest on Sept. 22. He was arraigned on Sept. 26 and is due back for a dispositional conference hearing on Dec. 13.
Adam L. Thompson, 45, of Concord was cited at 3:17 a.m. on Aug. 21 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge. Christine May Thompson, also received a summons on a criminal liability for the conduct of another. They were charged after an incident at Aubuchon Hardware on South Main Street. Adam Thompson was arrested again at 1:52 p.m. on Sept. 2 on theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, simple assault, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct charges. That case was connected to an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.
