Man From Franklin Indicted On Knife Threat Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Indictment Roundup
Allenstown man, Campton woman indicted on evidence charges; Concord homeless sex offender indicted again; woman faces drug sales counts.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.
Marie Brasier, 41, of Clinton Street in Concord, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, fentanyl, and amphetamine, on May 8, 2025.
Andrew Carson, 49, of Winant Road in Pittsfield, on second-degree assault and second-degree assault: attempt charges, both felonies. He was accused of fracturing a family member’s ribs by pushing him to the ground and attempting to strangle them on Nov. 10, 2024, in Pittsfield.

Michael T. Carter, 64, of Prospect Street in Franklin, on domestic violence and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of brandishing a knife and threatening a woman, who was an intimate partner, saying, “I’ll stab you if you go back into the bedroom” or words to that effect on Sept. 30, 2025, in Franklin.
Timothy Casey, 23, a homeless man now located in Webster, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 5, 2025, in Concord.

Steven W. Murphy, 39, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to register with Concord police on May 6, 2025. Twice before, Murphy was convicted in Merrimack County in 2017 and 2014, according to the indictment.
Richard Nagy, 32, of Chambers Circle in Allenstown, on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of concealing a firearm on his person to impair at Concord police investigation on Sept. 16, 2025. Tawni Pillsbury, 35, of Fisherville Road in Concord, on three felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, meth, and crack cocaine, charges, on Feb. 3, 2022, in Boscawen.
Danielle Plaisted-Comeau, 32, of Campton, incarcerated at the Merrimack County Jail at the time of the indictment, on a felony count of attempted falsifying physical evidence. She was accused of slipping out of her handcuffs and reaching into her shirt to impair a Franklin police investigation on July 12, 2025.
Steven Potter, 36, of Morrill Street in Laconia, on a felony count of possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine on April 10, 2025, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in Hills South in October 2020.
Jamie Prentice, 28, of Royal Gardens in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. Prentice helped an unidentified man steal a Go-Trax scooter and a pillow from Walmart in Concord on June 22, 2025, according to the indictment. Twice before, Prentice was convicted of theft and was out on bail from the Merrimack County Superior Court at the time of the incident.
Tyler J. Prescott, 39, of Brockway Road in Hopkinton, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on July 26, 2025, in Franklin.
Roxanne Quaile, 38, of Salisbury Road in Franklin, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-subsequent. On July 11, 2025, she was accused of selling more than 5 grams of fentanyl and less than an ounce of meth to a confidential informant in Franklin.
