Man From Massachusetts Indicted On Concord Meth, Fentanyl Sale Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Teen indicted on strangulation charge; man accused of sending naked picture of himself to a girl; Epsom thief indicted on new charge.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.
Douglas J. Dipesa Jr., 27, of Webster Mills Road in Pittsfield, on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 28 in Pittsfield on May 4 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in October 2021.
Nicholas Druan, 40, of Orange Street in Manchester, on tampering with witnesses and informants, stalking-domestic violence, and three violation of a protective order-subsequent charges, all felonies. He was accused of communicating with a protected party in Hooksett on Feb. 25 and March 8 and urging her to recant statements on March 8. Druan was convicted of violation of a protective order in Derry District Court in January 2024.

Scott Emerson Credit: Concord Police Department
Scott Emerson, 39, of Periwinkle Drive in Rochester, on a felony indecent exposure and lewdness charge. He was accused of sending a picture of his genitals, while manipulating himself, to a girl in Concord on Oct. 9, 2023.

Kristopher Estey, 42, of Loudon Road in Concord, on burglary, theft by unauthorized taking, criminal mischief, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing the former Steeplegate Mall property at 270 Loudon Road and stealing copper wire from an electrical room on Aug. 13, 2024.
Albert W. Frost, 45, of the Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom, on theft by unauthorized taking and motor vehicles; penalties charges, both felonies, and a disobeying an officer charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Home Depot in Hooksett on Nov. 19, 2024, after being convicted twice of theft in Plaistow District Court in March 2008 and Rockingham County Superior Court in November 2008. Frost also drove on Pinewood Road in Allenstown on Jan. 24 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in April 2008 and gave a false name to an Allenstown police officer, according to the indictments.
Christopher Antonio Guzman De Los Santos, 23, of Sprague Street in Dedham, Massachusetts, on conspiracy to sell a controlled drug, felonious use of a firearm, possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell, dispensing of a controlled drug, and six sale of a controlled drug charges, all felonies. He worked in concert with Kelvin Diolisel Lopez Perez and others unknown to sell 100 grams of fentanyl to a confidential informant at the Wendy’s Restaurant on Loudon Road in Concord on Feb. 4 and selling fentanyl on Feb. 5 and fentanyl and methamphetamine on Feb. 11, Feb. 19, and March 6 in Concord, while possessing a firearm, according to the indictments. Steven J. Hamel Jr., 38, a homeless man now located in Concord, on controlled drug act; possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and controlled drug act; possession of a controlled drug-clonazepam charges, both felonies, on Nov. 16, 2024, in Concord.

Kenneth Harzmovitch, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act-possession of narcotic drug-fentanyl-subsequent charge on March 26 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in July 2019.
