Manchester Felon Arrested On Gun, Drug, Other Charges: Concord Police Log
Tilton man arrested on threat, assault, other charges after apartment complex incident; Bow woman faces theft charge; warrant, drug arrests.

CONCORD, NH — Yasmene Janet Cadiz, born 2004, of Manchester received a summons at 2:10 a.m. on Feb. 6, 2023, on an operating with an expired license after a motor vehicle stop on Water Street.
Jeremy Michael, 48, was arrested on a warrant at 7:11 p.m. on Feb. 5 after an incident at the Comfort Inn on Hall Street. He was arrested on a warrant out of Belknap County issued on Aug. 29, 2022, connected to a first-degree assault conviction out of Tilton from October 2020. Michael is due back in Belknap County Superior Court on April 6 for a probation violation hearing.
Shirley Jean Elliott, born 1965, of Bow was cited at 3:45 p.m. on Feb. 5 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Thomas E. McEneany, 36, of Manchester was arrested on a bench warrant and two warrants at 12:47 a.m. on Feb. 5 as well as criminal trespass, driving after revocation or suspension, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, hand guns-charging marks-firearm, property without a serial number-receive, hand guns-armed career criminal, disobeying an officer, and three possession of controlled drug charges. He was arrested after an incident on Autumn Drive.
Christine May Thompson, 44, of Rockingham Street in Concord was arrested at 12:02 a.m. on Jan. 19 on felony possession of a controlled drug and transport drugs in a motor vehicle charges. Adam L. Thompson, 45, of Rundlett Street in Concord was arrested at 12:56 a.m. on Jan. 19 on a possession of a controlled drug charge. They were arrested after an incident on Rundlett Street. At 2:22 a.m., Adam L. Thompson was arrested again on another felony drug possession charge connected to an incident on Manchester Street on the bridge. Around 12:15 a.m. on Aug. 30, 2022, officers were alerted to a suspicious vehicle at Rundlett and South streets. A caller reported hearing fighting and crying coming from inside a Hyundai Accent parked outside. The car then left the area. An officer caught up with the vehicle on Pillsbury Street and pulled it over after seeing a rear license plate that was not functioning and a cracked windshield. Christine May Thompson was identified as the driver and was found to have an active warrant out of Canterbury on a felony theft charge. Other officers were requested and she was arrested. A passenger, Adam Thompson, was accused of declining to give a birthdate, but the reporting officer found out that he, too, had an active warrant out of Canterbury on a felony theft charge. His likeness was confirmed via a prior booking photo, a report said. The officer said there were drugs and drug paraphernalia “throughout the vehicle” and requested the car be towed and applied for a search warrant. The warrant was approved on Sept. 1, 2022, and the vehicle was searched on Sept. 5, 2022. Inside, the officer alleged, police found a loaded needle underneath the driver’s seat. A satchel with baggies inside with drugs, needles, and Narcan was found in the center console, an affidavit stated. In the back seat, another bag was found with a metal spoon with a burnt substance, a digital scale, a loaded needle, a baggie with white powder, and a baggie with crystal rocks inside, according to a report. On Dec. 16, 2022, the state police lab confirmed fentanyl in the satchel, and the crystal rocks were confirmed to be meth, an affidavit said. Warrants were issued against Christine May Thompson and Adam Thompson on Dec. 19, 2022.

Mark T. Carroll, 44, of Epsom was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on Jan. 18 on driving after revocation or suspension, unregistered motor vehicle, disobeying an officer, and motor vehicle not equipped with an interlock device charges as well as a stop-stand-park prohibited violation. He was arrested after an incident on North Main Street.
Andre R. Plourde, born 1992, of Concord was arrested at 11:39 p.m. on Jan. 18 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a tail lamp and reflectors violation on South Main Street.
Patrick Joseph Kerns, born 1956, of Boscawen was arrested at 2 p.m. on Jan. 18 on a conduct after an accident charge and an unsafe lane change violation after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.
Nicholas Christian Peno, 29, of Tilton was arrested at 12:50 p.m. on Jan. 18 on criminal threatening-deadly weapon, criminal threatening, stalking, breach of bail, two simple assault, two domestic violence-simple assault, and two domestic violence-criminal threatening charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.
