Manchester Man Indicted On 15 Concord Drug Sale And Possession Charges: Court Indictment Roundup
Teen indicted in Rollins Park shooting-robbery case; man with priors indicted on burglary, theft charges; homeless man faces robbery charge.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.
Patrick Oliver Jones, 41, of Webster Lake Road in Franklin, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Feb. 1 in Franklin.
Kyle Joyce, 39, of Robin Road in Concord, on burglary, theft by unauthorized taking, and criminal mischief charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing the former Steeplegate Mall at 270 Loudon Road in Concord and stealing copper wire and damaging electric wiring on Aug. 13, 2024.

Saige Laroche, 18, of Hope Avenue in Concord, on conspiracy to commit robbery with a firearm, accomplice to robbery with a firearm, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He agreed with Makeeva Laroche to commit robbery at Rollins Park in Concord on Oct. 7, 2024, threatened another teenager who was allegedly at the park to sell marijuana, and concealed text messages on his cellphone to impair an investigation, according to the indictments. Kelvin Diolisel Lopez Perez, 28, of Oldfields Road in Dorchester, Massachusetts, on conspiracy to sell a controlled drug and four accomplice to sale of a controlled drug charges, all felonies. He worked in concert with Christopher Antonio Guzman De Los Santos to sell fentanyl in Concord on Feb. 5 and Feb. 11 as a runner, according to the indictments. Stefano Mazzocchi, 36, of 8th Avenue in Los Angeles, California, on theft by unauthorized taking and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. The Romanian national, reportedly in the United States illegally, was accused of using fake bank cards to steal $7,200 from an ATM owned by Bell Brothers Convenience Store in Pittsfield.
Esther Ntumba Mbombo, 44, of Royal Gardens in Concord, on four simple assault-subject to an enhanced penalty charges. She was accused of pushing, kicking, and biting a female Concord police officer twice on April 11.
Shawn M. McGrath, 52, of Union Street in Manchester, on attempted sale of a meth-subsequent, possession of meth with intent to distribute-subsequent, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute-subsequent, possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute-subsequent-fentanyl and cocaine mix, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute-subsequent, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute-subsequent, possession of meth-subsequent, possession of fentanyl-subsequent, possession of crack cocaine-subsequent, possession of alprazolam-subsequent, possession of clonazepam-subsequent, three possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-fentanyl and cocaine mix, and two possession of cocaine-subsequent charges, all felonies, in Concord on June 14, 2024. Previously, according to the indictment, McGrath was convicted of sale of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in September 2016.
Larz Menard, 26, a homeless man now located in Concord, on robbery and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of robbing Target in Concord and using physical force against a loss prevention agent on Jan. 3.
