Mass. Man Indicted For Negligent Homicide After Fatal I-93 Crash: Merrimack County Superior Court Roundup
Thieves indicted on new theft charges; Franklin stalker indicted on nonconsensual dissemination of sexual images charge; drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.
Naeshaun R. Kearse, 21, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony delivery of articles to prisoners charge. He was accused of possessing MDMB-4en-PINACA (“K2”) in the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord on May 12.
Richard Kuchinsky, 55, of Concord, incarcerated in the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen at the time of the indictment, on receiving stolen property, possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-fentanyl, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-methamphetamine, and three theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of removing merchandise from Home Depot in Hooksett on June 12. On June 28, he was accused of removing a Yeti cooler from Joe King's Shoes on North Main Street in Concord without permission. At the time, he was out on bail, the indictment said. A second theft charge was connected to another person’s luggage at the Concord Coach Bus Depot at 30 Stickney Avenue on June 9. Previously, according to the indictments, Kuchinsky was convicted on theft in Merrimack County Superior Court in July 2024 and Rockingham County Superior Court in December 2020, and acts prohibited in Grafton County in August 2021. The drug charges were connected to incidents in Concord on July 9.

Christopher Leandres, 36, of Manchester, incarcerated in the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen at the time of the indictment, on stalking and nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images charges, both felonies. He was accused of emailing the employer of a protected party on Aug. 8 in Franklin after previously being convicted of violation of a protective order in Franklin District Court in August 2024. Leandres also shared private images with Franklin police to harass or intimidate, according to an indictment.
Kenneth William McGarr, 61, of Young Drive in Allenstown, on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on March 12 in Allenstown.

Anthony Manning, 37, of Briar Hill Road in North Haverhill, on burglary, theft by deception, and two theft by unauthorized taking charges. He acted in concert with James Welcome to steal merchandise from Sam’s Club in Concord on May 18, according to the indictment, after being convicted twice before on theft charges. Manning was also accused of burglarizing NorthEast Electrical at 22 Bridge St. in Concord and stealing more than $1,500 in merchandise on Oct. 11, 2024.

Rianna S. Martin, 39, of Massabesic Street in Manchester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Sept. 23, 2024, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a drug possession charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in May 2022.
Tracey L. Martin-Rhude, 58, of Manchester Street in Concord, on possession of meth and possession of meth, between 1 and 5 ounces, with the intent to dispense charges, both felonies, on July 10 in Henniker.
Tyler J. Murphy, 28, of Millbrook Drive in Rockland, Massachusetts, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving in the breakdown lane and swerving into lanes on Interstate 93 south in Hooksett on July 17. Hendry Matias Chuqui Pena, 40, of Court Street in Brockton, Massachusetts, on a felony negligent homicide charge. He was accused of causing the death of Jose Yanascual on Nov. 11, 2023, by driving at a high rate of speed, across multiple lanes, and causing a rollover, where Yanascual was ejected and killed due to a head injury.
Duane Perkins, 40, of Gile Drive in Hanover, on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of removing a pair of shoes from a shelf at Walmart in Concord, putting them on his feet, and walking out of the store without paying for them on July 1. Perkins, according to the indictment, was twice convicted of theft charges.
