Mass., New York Residents Face Drunken Driving Charges In Concord: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Chad I. Dalbec, 39, of Goffstown was arrested at 7 p.m. on Oct. 2 on two felony possession of a controlled drug charges. He was arrested after an incident on Long Pond Road. Dalbec was arraigned on Oct. 13 and is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court for a dispositional conference hearing on Nov. 12.

Kenneth P. Mansur, 40, of Concord was arrested at 3:51 p.m. on Sept. 30 on a felony sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply charge. He was booked at police headquarters. Mansur was arraigned on Oct. 13 in Merrimack County Superior Court. He is a sex offender due to an aggravated felonious sexual assault conviction out of Claremont from August 2014.

Ashton Everett Garland, 31, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on Sept. 30 on a bench warrant as well as a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at LL Bean on Fort Eddy Road.

Dylan Harrington Peterson, 28, of Hopkinton was arrested at 4:06 a.m. on Sept. 25 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Cynthia D. Saxon Hoffman, 58, of Concord was arrested at 2:48 p.m. on Sept. 24 two criminal trespass charges after an incident on Green Street.

Andreas Demetrios Papafagos, born 1995, of Dracut, Massachusetts, was arrested at 10:39 p.m. on Sept. 23 on a driving under the influence charge and a yellow-solid line violation at 118 Storrs Street. Read more about this case here: Drunken Driving Arrests Made After 2 Crashes In Concord

Premchand Atischand, born 1997, of Schenectady, New York, was arrested at 11:26 p.m. on Sept. 17 on a driving under the influence-second offense charge after an incident on North Main Street.

Jamie Cortijo, born 1985, of Antrim was arrested at 8:51 a.m. on Sept. 16 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident at 310 Loudon Road.

Donald Elbert Jewell, 61, of Concord was arrested at 5:01 p.m. on Sept. 15 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 55 Pleasant St.

Larry Davenport, 47, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 6:05 a.m. on Sept. 14 after an incident at the Citgo station on North Main Street. He has an active felony controlled drug: acts prohibited charge in Merrimack County Superior Court from May 2021 out of Franklin. Davenport was indicted on the charge Aug. 17 and failed to appear at the arraignment on Sept. 29. The court also reported returned mail.

Joshua A. Brooks, born 1985, of Concord was cited at 3:54 a.m. on Sept. 14 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Adam L. Thompson, 45, of Concord was arrested at 1:24 a.m. on Aug. 30 on a warrant. He was arrested after an incident on Rundlett Street. Christine May Thompson, 44, of Concord was arrested at 12:52 a.m. on Aug. 30 on a warrant. She was arrested on Rundlett Street. She was arrested again 10:04 p.m. on Aug. 30 on a driving under the influence charge. She was arrested after an incident on North Main Street.
