Merrimack County Indictments: Woman Sold Drugs to Undercover Cop

The following people were recently indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court.​

CONCORD, NH — The following people were recently indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court.

  • Jennifer Cutter-Sharples, of Allenstown, NH was indicted for theft on Feb. 9 in Allenstown for selling someone's cargo trailer without their permission.
  • Dwayne Demers of Dunbarton, NH was indicted for second degree assault. Demers is charged with strangling a family member while pulling him through a car window by his shirt in March in Dunbarton.
  • Matthew Denton of Hooksett, NH was indicted for several counts of reckless conduct in Hooksett on Apr. 1, 2018. According to court documents, Denton is charged with driving recklessly and placing several people in danger of bodily injury.
  • Felisha Dion of Franklin, NH was indicted for possession of lisdexamfetamine, methamphetamine, and clonazepam all controlled drugs in August of 2017 in Franklin.
  • Ashley Doherty of Alton, NH was indicted for driving while being deemed a habitual offender in February 2018 in Concord.
  • Stephanie Dupont of Concord, NH was indicted for theft in April of 2017 in Hooksett. According to court documents, Dupont took several items from Walmart. Dupont was also charged with possession of a narcotic drug after she was found with a suboxone strip.
  • Benjamin Ellis of Franklin, NH was indicted for possession of oxycodone in Boscawen in March of 2018.
  • Laura Fortin of Concord, NH was indicted for possession of fentanyl in Concord in December of 2016. She was also charged with possession of methamphetamine and several counts of selling drugs to undercover officers.
  • Tyler France of Concord, NH was indicted for aggravated DUI drugs after a March collision in Newbury. He was also charged with possession of methamphetamine.
  • Kara Fry of Boscawen, NH was indicted for driving while being deemed a habitual offender in Boscwawen in January of 2018.
  • Keirsten Gadwah of Penacook, NH was indicted for delivering fentanyl to a prisoner at the Merrimack House of Corrections in August of 2017.
  • Michael Guyre of Pittsfield, NH was indicted for second degree assault in April of 2018 in Pittsfield. He was charged with strangling an intimate partner.
  • Darrin Harbour of Tilton, NH was indicted for posseison of fentanyl in February of 2017 in Franklin.
  • Lynn Hollins of Franklin, NH was indicted possession of methamphetamine in February of 2018 in Franklin. Hollins was also charged with conspiracy to commit a crime for planing to sell heroin and fentanyl to people in Franklin.
  • Tammy Hosmer of Franklin, NH was indicted for possession of alprazolmam, a controlled drug in March of 2018 in Hooksett. She was also charged with possession of methamphetamine, fentanyl, buprenhorphine, clonazepam and psilocybin mushrooms.
  • Christopher Houten of Franklin, NH was indicted for possession of clonzaepam and fentanyl, both controlled drugs in March of 2018 in Franklin.
