Merrimack Felon Indicted On Gun Possession Charge In Concord: Superior Court Roundup

Sex offender indicted on 3 indecent exposure charges; woman faces knife threat counts; homeless woman accused of selling meth while on bail.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Christine M. Thompson, 45, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on possession of methamphetamine while on release and sale of meth while on release charges, both felonies, on Aug. 31, 2022, in Concord.

Dylan Thompson, 32, of Howard Street in Keene on burglary and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug in Hopkinton on Feb. 21. The burglary and cocaine charges against Thompson stem from an incident in Newbury on March 4.

Jonny H. Truong, 38, of 14th Street in Westminster, California, on two attempted identity fraud charges. He was accused of posing as another at both T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless in Hooksett on March 24 to defraud the companies of cell service.

James P. Turnquist, 34, of Pearl Court in Merrimack on a felony felon in possession charge. He was accused of possessing a pistol in Concord on March 6. Turnquist is a felon due to a reckless conduct-deadly weapon conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in January 2022.

Shannon Utter, 44, a homeless woman in Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two acts prohibited-possession-subsequent charges, fentanyl and meth, on March 24 on Manchester Street in Concord. At the time of the incident, she was previously convicted on a drug sale charge in February 2019 and was out on bail connected to a Merrimack County Superior Court case from December 2022.

Christopher Dastrup, 38, of North Main Street in Concord on three felony indecent exposure and lewdness charges. He was accused of exposing his genitals from his apartment window on March 25, March 28, and April 1. Previously, according to the indictment, Dastrup has been convicted in May 2019 in Strafford County Superior Court and in September 2011 in Josephine County Superior Court in Oregon on similar charges. Joyce E. Davis, 26, with a last known address of Elkins Street in Franklin, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of retaining a 2014 GMC Savannah 1500 van owned by U-Haul that was probably or believed to have been stolen on April 28 in Bow.

Thomas Doheny, 28, of Sibley Terrace in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 14 in Loudon.

Warren L. Doucette, 42, of Main Street in Concord on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a Subaru Forrester on Central Street in Franklin on April 25 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Melissa Duquette, 54, a homeless woman now located in Pittsfield, on domestic violence-criminal threatening and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. She was accused of threatening to cut a woman with a knife on March 12 in Pittsfield.
