NH Fugitive Of The Week Arrested

The New Hampshire Fugitive Task Force arrested Thomas Clements in Concord.

CONCORD, NH — A man featured as the New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week last week was arrested in Concord. Thomas Clements (pictured), 53, was caught by the New Hampshire Fugitive Task Force, which located him on a bicycle on North Main Street. He was wanted for a parole violation related to a drug distribution case.

The Fugitive of the Week program is a collaboration between U.S. Marshals, New Hampshire police agencies and local media.

"The Fugitive of the Week program ... continues to be a great tool for law enforcement here in New Hampshire," U.S. Marshal David Cargill said in a statement. "The sheer volume of tips and the resulting safe and successful arrests proves the value of the partnerships between law enforcement, the media and the public."
