NH Teacher Of The Year Finalists
The New Hampshire Teacher of the Year nominees include teachers from Concord, Exeter, Merrimack, Rochester and Belmont.

CONCORD, NH — Five finalists were recently selected for the New Hampshire Teacher of the Year award. The award is handed out by the New Hampshire Department of Education.
“New Hampshire citizens would be proud of these teachers who have clearly mastered their practice of educating our students,” DOE Deputy Commissioner Christine Brennan said in a statement. “During my site visits, I found students that were engaged, and staff and administrators speaking highly of the nominees. These teachers have very high expectations for themselves and their students.”

- Aaron Blais, Exeter High School
- Lori Christerson, Bishop Brady High School, Concord
- Alice Donahoe, James Mastricola Elementary, Merrimack
- Allison Leach, Spaulding High School, Rochester
- Keith Noyes, Belmont Middle School
The next steps in the selection process include presentations and speeches. The winner will be considered for the National Teacher of the Year award.
