NH Woman Pleads Guilty To Drug Trafficking In Federal Court

The woman is set to be sentenced on Nov. 17.

CONCORD, NH — A Pembroke woman on Friday pleaded guilty to charges of methamphetamine trafficking in federal court, according to a news release.

The release from United States Attorney Scott W. Murra stated 46-year-old Nadine Jacques was seen by a drug enforcement agent making four controlled sales of meth in Suncook, Concord and Dover between February and March of this year.

After the last sale was made, an investigating agent went on to see Jacques buy more drugs from a source in Dover. Both Jacques and the source were arrested and found to have 111 grams of meth between them.

“Methamphetamine is a dangerous drug that continues to cause significant damage to communities throughout New Hampshire,” Murray said in a statement. “We will not hesitate to bring federal charges against the dealers who are responsible for distributing this dangerous substance in the Granite State.”

An investigation into the case was handled by the Drug Enforcement Administration; the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives; and the New Hampshire State Police. The case is prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney John S. Davis.
