North Country Drug Felon Wanted On Probation Violation Accusation: NH Department Of Corrections

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help in finding a North Country woman wanted on a probation violation.
Christina Louise Chamberlain is 43, white, about 5 feet, 2 inches tall, and weighs around 180 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes. Investigators said Chamberlain sometimes uses the aliases “Jessica May” or Jessica Rouelle.”
Chamberlain was accused of violating the terms of her two-year probation after receiving a suspended sentence on a drug possession charge. A warrant for her arrest was issued in Coos County Superior Court on April 7 after she was accused of failing to appear in court.

“Information has been developed indicating that Chamberlain is possibly in possession of a firearm and should be considered armed and dangerous,” the alert stated.
Chamberlain’s current location is unknown, but she has ties to Vermont and to communities in Coos County, an alert stated.

Chamberlain, according to superior court records, was charged with operating after being certified as a habitual offender in June 2021 in Littleton and acts prohibited in Dalton in May 2022. In March 2024, she pleaded guilty to the habitual offender charge and was given a 12-month sentence with 11 months deferred for a year. A month later, the sentence was amended. It was amended a second time on Feb. 11 to a 12-month suspended sentence for two years. In April 2024, Chamberlain received a one-and-a-half-to-four-year sentence and $620 fine, all suspended for five years with two years of probation. About five months later, she pleaded guilty to a violation of probation or parole charge and was given a 12-month sentence with 129 days of time served. On April 7, she failed to appear at a probation violation hearing and forfeited $1,000 cash bail.
In October 2022, she was accused of being a habitual offender, unsworn falsification, and disobeying an officer in Campton. In Lancaster, a month later, she was accused of two counts of acts prohibited. Chamberlain pleaded guilty to the habitual offender and disobeying an officer charges in March 2024 and received a 12-month sentence, suspended for three years, and a $620 fine. The acts prohibited charges were nolle prossed.
Chamberlain was charged in three more cases in 2023: three counts of acts prohibited in Hooksett in August, habitual offender, drug possession, and two disobeying an officer charges in September in Hooksett, and habitual offender and drug possession in October in Dalton. She pleaded guilty to the Nashua charges in May 2024 and received three 12-month sentences, suspended for two years. In October 2024, she pleaded guilty to one of the Hooksett acts prohibited charges and received a 12-month sentence and a $434 fine suspended for three years. In the Dalton case, she received a 12-month sentence, suspended for three years.
