OHRV Accident In Berlin Seriously Injures Manchester Woman
The 42-year-old woman was transported to Androscoggin Valley Hospital and then flown to Massachusetts General Hospital for treatment

BERLIN, NH — A Manchester woman was seriously injured on Monday afternoon following an off-highway recreational vehicle (OHRV) rollover on the Pipeline Trail in Berlin.
At approximately 1:10 p.m., New Hampshire Fish and Game was alerted to a crash involving a rented UTV. The operator, Joey Quijano, 42, of Manchester, was driving the vehicle when he reportedly attempted a sharp turn while accelerating. This action caused the UTV to roll onto its side.
While Joey Quijano was uninjured, his passenger, Jennifer Quijano, 42, also from Manchester, sustained a serious injury. A 911 call was placed immediately from the scene to request medical assistance.

According to a press release, several good Samaritans who came upon the scene provided initial medical aid and ice to the injured passenger.
Responders from the Berlin Police Department and Berlin Fire and EMS arrived shortly after. Jennifer Quijano was transported by ambulance to Androscoggin Valley Hospital and then flown to Mass General for treatment.

New Hampshire Fish and Game officials stated that while the investigation is ongoing, excessive speed during a sharp turn appears to be the primary cause of the rollover.
