Pembroke Man Indicted On Domestic Violence, Knife Threat Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Roundup

Colebrook man indicted on fentanyl dispense charge; TX man indicted on drug possession charge; Merrimack man accused of driving recklessly.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Nicholas J. Carr, 27, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men, on a felony conspiracy to commit delivery of articles to prisoners charge. Between March 28 and April 15, he was accused of having MDMB-4en-PINACA (“K2”) delivered via U.S. mail.

Jessica Caldon, 36, of Washington Street in Laconia, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on April 10 in Hooksett.

John R. Cotnoir, 53, of Colebrook, on possession of fentanyl with intent to dispense, possession of fentanyl, and possession of methamphetamine charges, all felonies, on April 18 in Newbury.

Nathan Cox, 26, of Belmont Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl-subsequent charges in Hooksett on April 24. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Carroll County Superior Court in June 2018.

Mason C. Crowson, 32, of Main Street in Pembroke, on three domestic violence charges, two of which were felonies. He was accused of threatening a woman with a knife, preventing her from leaving, and grabbing her hand on Aug. 17 in Pembroke.

Jacob Danek, 44, of Seaton Drive in Katy, Texas, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on March 5 in Concord.

Mark Daykin, 67, of Vic Lin Drive in Salisbury, Massachusetts, on five felony counts of anti-theft laws, offenses, penalties. He was accused of forging titles on a 2018 GMC Sierra on March 1, 2021, a 2006 GMC 1500 and a 2018 Audi 5 on Aug. 9, 2021, and a 2012 Harley-Davidson and 2011 Ford E-250 on Aug. 17, 2021, all in Concord.

Eric Raymond Dearborn, 35, of Loudon Court in Merrimack, on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of driving 115 mph on Route 202-9 in a 55 mph zone in Henniker and continued driving at high speeds until his tires were deflated by spike strips set up by Hillsboro police on March 19.

Ronald Delgaudio, 54, a homeless man now located in Concord, on two felony counts controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on May 16 and June 10 in Concord.

Abigail Edmunds, 42, on Bay Hill Road in Northfield, on a felony common nuisance charge. She was accused of maintaining a residence in Northfield, which was resorted to by drug-dependent people for using, keeping, or selling drugs on March 7.
