CONCORD, NH — Robert L. Eden, born in 1948, of Concord, received a summons at 9 a.m. on Dec. 19, 2025, on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge following an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Anthony Gordon Daylor, born in 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 12:42 p.m. on Dec. 18 on a warrant following an incident or investigation at the Irving at 114 Fisherville Road.

John P. Gagnon, born in 1982, of Concord, received a summons at 7:35 p.m. on Dec. 17 on a bench warrant following an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Thierry Nzayikorera, born in 2007, of Concord, received a summons at 12:06 p.m. on Dec. 8 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges following an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Jonathan Enrique Hernandez Manchame, born in 1991, of Tilton, received a summons at 4:15 p.m. on Dec. 7 on an operating without a valid license charge following an incident or investigation at the Stove Barn at 249 Loudon Road.

Regis Irumva, born in 2003, of Concord, was arrested at 6:54 p.m. on Dec. 4 on a bench warrant following an incident or investigation at the Olive Garden Restaurant at 223 Loudon Road.

Also arrested was Jaclyn Laroche, born in 2005, of Concord, on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and two unlawful possession-intoxication charges. They were arrested following an incident or investigation at the Quick Mart at 125 Loudon Road.

Mary Rose Deak, born in 1954, of Concord, was arrested at 3:27 p.m. on Nov. 26 on criminal threatening-deadly weapon and disorderly conduct charges. She was arrested following an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Scott B. Robbins, born in 1987, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 1:42 a.m. on Nov. 23 on driving under the influence-second offense, driving after revocation or suspension, and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as a front lights fail-turn on lights when required following an incident or investigation on North Main Street.
