'Selfless' Concord Dad 'Would Give The Shirt Off His Back,' Kids Say

CONCORD, NH— Father's Day is the perfect time to give a big thanks to all the dads who put smiles on our faces. Concord, meet Brian Dumond.

If you know a dad who sends sweet, silly or thoughtful texts your way, you’re pretty lucky. Texts from Dad have a way of putting a smile on our faces — and this Father’s Day, we’re celebrating the fathers behind the phones!

What makes your dad extra special?

Our dad has always been not only there for his children but a father to his nieces and nephews, as well as his children’s friends. He makes sure we have everything we need even when times were tight and always taught us to value the things we have in life.

Why do you feel your dad deserves the spotlight?

He is the most selfless person we know and would give the shirt off his back to anyone even if it was the last one he had. He has taught us so many life lessons and he deserves to be recognized not only by his children but everyone.
