Thief Faces Felony Drug And Theft Counts As Well As A Criminal Trespass Charge: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Harold Kenneth Davis, born in 1993, of Concord, was arrested at 9:27 a.m. on Sept. 10, 2025, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Wheaton Avenue.

Keith Cassettari, 41, of Concord, was arrested at 7 p.m. on Sept. 9 on felony second-degree assault-child under 13 and endangering the welfare of a child charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Ridge Road.

Zachary Michael Breeden, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 3 a.m. on Sept. 7 on two bench warrants after an incident or investigation at the 7-Eleven at 417 S. Main St.

Gerald C. Newcombe, born 1930, of Concord, was arrested at 2:02 p.m. on Sept. 5 on a conduct after an accident charge and an unsafe lane change violation after an incident or investigation at St. Paul’s School at 325 Pleasant St.

Robert Thomas Farrell, born in 1965, of Manchester, was arrested at 7 a.m. on Sept. 5 on an arrest prior to requisition warrant and a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Concord High School at 170 Warren St.

Nathaniel M. White, born in 1984, of Concord, was arrested at 8:55 p.m. on Sept. 4 on felony possession of a controlled drug and criminal trespass charges after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road and theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, due to two prior convictions, after an incident or investigation at Soapy’s Car Wash at 247 Loudon Road.

Brandon W. Williams, born in 1979, was arrested at 10:12 p.m. on July 31 on driving after revocation or suspension and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.
