The Town of Bow, NH is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Program Enrollment and Billing Specialist in the Parks and Recreation Department.
The Program Enrollment and Billing Specialist manages the administrative processes for enrolling children and handling all associated billing. Key responsibilities include processing applications, maintaining student records, tracking attendance, invoicing families, processing payments, and providing customer service to parents regarding enrollment and billing issues. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities to work with staff, students, and families.

Qualified applicants should possess a high school degree or equivalent; a good working knowledge of computerized accounts receivable records and procedures; ability to perform computer data input accurately and with reasonable speed; working knowledge of computer word processing and spreadsheet applications, preferably Word and Excel; ability to make rudimentary arithmetical calculations rapidly and accurately with a calculator; ability to accurately file documents in alphabetical order; ability to follow oral and written instructions; ability to establish an effective working relationship with other employees; and ability to exercise logic and judgment in the performance of all duties. Hourly rate: $21.77-$24.04 per hour DOQ.
