VT Woman Indicted On Burglary, Mischief, And Trespass Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Indictments

Plus: Henniker woman accused of firing gun into another apartment; Franklin man indicted on child assault charge; Concord drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Tyler Sanborn, 32, of Cedar Court in Franklin, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of striking a child under 13 across the buttocks causing bruising on June 25 in Franklin.

Ashley M. Sargent, 36, of Hodgdon Road in Northfield, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, crack cocaine and fentanyl, on July 19 in Northfield.

Jennifer C. Schlosser, 57, of Gould Street in Henniker, on a felony count of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon. She was accused of firing a gun at a wall inside her apartment with traveled into the adjacent apartment on June 20 in Henniker.

Jacky D. Sherrard, 29, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Oct. 4, 2024, in Concord.

Yanni Simantov, 51, of Nicholas Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, on six felony counts of anti-theft laws, offenses, penalties. He was accused of making false statements on certificates of title for a 2024 Toyota RAV4 on June 26 and the title of a 2019 Hyundai Elantra on Sept. 7, 2022, and agreeing with Debra Syrene to have her make a false statement on the title on 2024 Toyota Siennas on Feb. 29, April 17, and April 24, 2024, as well as a 2023 Toyota Sienna on Oct. 13, 2023, in Concord, according to the indictments.

Rachelle Smith, 36, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on April 4 in Concord.

Constance R. Stewart, 38, of Route 102 in Bloomfield, Vermont, on burglary, criminal mischief-pecuniary loss-more than $1,500, and criminal trespass-subsequent-damage more than $1,500 charges, all felonies. She was accused of burglarizing the Concord Hospital Walk-In Clinic and causing more than $1,500 worth damage. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a criminal trespass charge in the Penobscot Criminal Court in Maine in October 2023. Stewart

Frank Pickering, 42, a homeless man now located in Concord, was indicted in Strafford County Superior Court on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of receiving, retaining, or disposing of a stolen credit card belonging to a woman on May 6 in Rochester. Twice before, according to the indictment, Pickering was previously convicted on theft charges in Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2018 and March 2024.

Lawrence B. Nieder, 67, of Province Road in Gilmanton, was indicted in Strafford County Superior Court on an aggravated driving under the influence offense with serious bodily injury. He was accused of driving on Farmington Road in Rochester on June 13 and causing a collision resulting in an injury to another man.

Jeff H. Olson, 44, of New Hampshire Turnpike in Northwood, was indicted in Strafford County Superior Court on an aggravated driving under the influence charge. He was accused of driving on Concord Road in Lee on Oct. 19, 2024, while under the influence and causing injury to a woman, resulting in a fractured elbow.
