Warner Felon Indicted On Stolen Shotgun, Meth Possession, Other Charges: Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Ludwig Haken II, 40, of Oak Drive in Londonderry, on falsifying physical evidence, felonious use of a firearm, and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, oxycodone and methamphetamine charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs in Concord on Aug. 15, 2024. Two firearms were wrapped in a tarp, and he attempted to carry them to a vehicle where his drugs were located, an indictment said. The evidence charge was an accusation Haken concealed the firearms to impair an investigation in Concord on Aug. 15, 2024. Joseph C. Henriksen, 40, of Pleasant Street in Warner, on receiving stolen property, two possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, meth and MDMA, four armed career criminals, and six convicted felons charges, all felonies. On Dec. 15, 2024, in Warner, he was accused of possessing the drugs, a stolen shotgun, a .38 revolver, an M&P pistol, metallic knuckles, and a Kimber Micro 9 pistol. Henriksen is a felon due to a drug possession conviction in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2019. The armed career criminal charges were due to being accused of possessing the shotgun after being convicted of drug possession in March 2019, and sale of a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug with intent in May 2018, all in Merrimack County.

Jeanette D. Hynes, 33, of Morrison Road in Sanbornton, a felony possession of a narcotic drug-buprenorphine charge on Broad Cove Drive in Concord on Jan. 15.

Clifton D. Joyner, 36, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony delivery of articles to prisoners charge. He was accused of possessing meth inside the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord on Jan. 6.

Stephanie G. Lane, 34, of Bow Lake Road in Barnstead, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and meth, in Epsom, on Aug. 28, 2024.

Dylan H. Lavallee, 32, of Breezy Hill Road in Bradford, on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. A woman was going to call police to report he had assaulted her but he injured himself, striking his own head against a wall, and threatened to blame her so she would lose custody of her children on July 4, 2024, according to the indictment.

Nathan T. Lynch, 43, of Old Post Road in Newbury, on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender. He was accused of driving on Old Post Road in Newbury on Feb. 16 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in May 2021.

Jason J. McGill, 43, a homeless man now located in Concord, on possession of meth and possession of fentanyl charges, subsequent offense, both felonies, on March 14 in Concord. He was previously convicted of acts prohibited in Merrimack County Superior Court in October 2024.

Alan North, 44, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of meth charge in Hooksett on Nov. 30, 2023.

Densy De Leon Nunez, 24, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony delivery of articles to prisoners charge. He was accused of possessing a controlled drug inside the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord on Dec. 27, 2024.

Alysan Polito, 32, of Cheryl Road in Windham, on possession of etizolam and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on Oct. 14, 2023, in Hooksett.
