Woman Accused Of Starting Fire Under I-393 Bridge, Faces Trespass Charge: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Cassandra L. Croswell, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 3:20 a.m. on March 20, 2023, on a driving under the influence-second offense charge after an incident at 16 N. Main St.
Christine May Thompson, 44, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant at 6 p.m. on March 19 after an incident on Pinewood Trail.
Johnathon Joseph Hutchins, born 1991, of Concord received a summons at 3:15 p.m. on March 19 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident at 190 N. Main St.

Valerie Evelyn Fredette, 39, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:05 p.m. March 19 on illegal kindling of a fire, false report to law enforcement, and criminal trespass charges. Also charged was Jonathan Taylor Gagne, 22, on a criminal trespass citation at 1:07 p.m. on March 19 after an incident under the Interstate 393 bridge. Fredette, according to posts on Patch and superior court records, has been arrested dozens of times in Concord and other communities in New Hampshire, with cases dating back to 2002. Accusations against her include several drug possession charges, several felony and misdemeanor theft and stolen property charges, disobeying an officer, driving after revocation or suspension, assault, resisting, criminal trespass, breach of bail, loitering or prowling, several violation of probation or parole charges, and warrants.

Jennifer L. Connor, born 1972, of Laconia was arrested on three bench warrants at 11:35 p.m. March 18 after an incident on North Main Street.
Josiah D. Ortiz, born 1995, of Chicago, Illinois, received a summons at 9 p.m. on March 18 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident on Pleasant Street.
Carson Alexander Hardy, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on March 18 on domestic violence-simple assault and three simple assault charges. Gino Ross, 50, of Concord was arrested at 10 p.m. on Feb. 14 on a felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender and disobeying an officer charges after an incident at 100 Loudon Road.
Mercy Mbarushimana, 20, of Jennings Drive in Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 6:21 p.m. on Feb. 8 and also charged with felony burglary after an incident on Jennings Drive and theft by authorized taking, less than $1,000, and unlawful possession-intoxication charges after an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. In the felony burglary case, according to an affidavit, Mbarushimana was accused of burglarizing an apartment on Jennings Drive around 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 15, 2022, which was caught on security video. He was accused of stealing a bottle of Jack Daniels and leaving. Previously, the report said, he had burglarized the apartment also to steal liquor. Mbarushimana was matched to the video footage via a previous booking photo, the report stated. A warrant for his arrest was issued on Dec. 19, 2022.
